Social Media Video Producer

About Us

OnTrack is a Taipei-based content marketing agency. We work with regional and international brands across gaming, finance, consumer tech, and lifestyle, producing short-form video, UGC, and paid ad creative that performs. Our production volume is growing, and we need an experienced producer to keep every shoot running smoothly.

The Role

You own pre-production and shoot-day logistics for social media content: sourcing and booking talent, creators, venues, props, and crew, and building rundowns and call sheets. You’re comfortable with small crews, quick turnarounds, and producing several short-form videos in one shoot. Our Account Managers own client communication, reporting, and timelines. You make the shoot happen so they can focus on the client.

What You’ll Do

• →Cast and book talent and creators, including real people for UGC and social content
• →Scout and book locations and studios
• →Source props and manage on-set needs
• →Coordinate crew, equipment, and suppliers
• →Prepare shooting schedules, call sheets, and rundowns
• →Track costs against approved budgets and flag overruns early
• →Run shoot-day logistics so the creative team can focus on the work
• →Manage multiple projects at once

What We’re Looking For

• →Hands-on experience producing short-form social videos, UGC, and paid social ad creative, with relevant examples in your portfolio
• →Experience casting real people and creators, and organising efficient shoots for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• →Established network of Taiwan-based crew, talent, locations, and suppliers
• →Experience with casting, location scouting, and prop sourcing
• →Experience preparing shooting schedules, call sheets, and rundowns
• →Able to track production budgets and run multiple projects at once
• →Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
• →You move fast and solve problems independently, without waiting for instructions
• →Based in Taipei or available for on-site shoots in Taiwan

• →Experience working with international production teams
• →Existing roster of creators and models

What This Is Not

• →Not an account management role. Client communication and reporting stay with our Account Managers
• →Not an assistant role. We need someone who runs a shoot, not someone who waits for tasks
• →Not for someone who needs constant supervision
