You are the operational backbone of client accounts at OnTrack. You manage the full lifecycle of every project — from client onboarding through pre-production, shoot, post, and final delivery. You're not just an organiser. You actively participate in creative strategy, think through how to bring ideas to life on set, and communicate plans clearly to clients. You move fast, think on your feet, and treat every account like it's your own.
你是 OnTrack 客戶帳號的核心支柱。你負責管理每個專案的完整生命週期——從客戶入職、前期製作、拍攝、後製到最終交付,確保每個環節都不出差錯、準時完成。你不只是一個協調者,你也積極參與創意策略討論、思考如何在現場將想法落地,並清晰地與客戶溝通執行計畫。你反應快、思維靈活,把每個帳號都當作自己的事業來經營。
→ Proven experience in account or project management — agency-side strongly preferred
→ Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content fundamentals
→ Familiarity with video production workflows — pre, production, and post
→ Excellent communicator in both Chinese and English — written and verbal
→ Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
→ Creative enough to contribute to strategy, operational enough to execute it
→ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output environment
→ 具備帳號管理或專案管理的實務經驗,代理商背景尤佳
→ 對社群媒體、數位行銷與內容行銷有紮實的基礎理解
→ 熟悉影像製作流程——前期、拍攝與後製
→ 中英文書面及口頭溝通能力優秀
→ 高度組織化、注重細節,能同時管理多個客戶帳號
→ 具備足夠的創意思維參與策略討論,同時具備執行力落實計畫
→ 適應快節奏、高產出的工作環境
→ Experience managing video content production
→ Background in performance marketing or content strategy
→ Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as platforms
→ 有影像內容製作管理經驗
→ 具備效果行銷或內容策略背景
→ 熟悉 TikTok、Instagram 與 YouTube 等平台運作邏輯
→ Not a purely administrative position — you are expected to think, contribute, and take ownership
→ Not a solo role — you work closely with the Creative Director, production team, and clients daily

Creative Account Manager

Full-time | Taipei | OnTrack
→ Own end-to-end project management across assigned client accounts — timelines, deliverables, shoot logistics, approvals, and reporting
→ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — professional, responsive, and proactive
→ Coordinate pre-production planning including shoot schedules, locations, and logistics
→ Translate creative strategies and scripts into actionable shooting plans and communicate them clearly to clients
→ Actively contribute to creative strategy sessions with the Creative Director and team
→ Manage internal workflows — briefing the production team, tracking deadlines, flagging risks early
→ Onboard new clients and set the standard for the relationship from day one
→ Produce end-of-campaign reports and communicate results
→ 統籌負責客戶帳號的端對端專案管理,包含時程、交付物、拍攝後勤、審核確認與結案報告
→ 擔任客戶的主要聯絡窗口——專業、即時、主動
→ 協調前期製作規劃,包含拍攝排程、場地與物流安排
→ 將創意策略與腳本轉化為可執行的拍攝計畫,並清晰傳達給客戶
→ 積極參與與創意總監及團隊的創意策略會議
→ 管理內部工作流程——向製作團隊進行任務簡報、追蹤截止日期、提前預警風險
→ 負責新客戶入職流程,從第一天起建立良好的合作關係
→ 製作結案報告並向客戶說明成效
